Wonderful day for a swim!

Back for a swim at 8am today - how beautiful is that? I was not alone - 8am is obviously a popular time. It was about 5 degrees C outside and it said 19 degrees in the water - I don't believe them but it was still Ok.

I spent today finishing off my first assignment - I still need to print it out ( no working printer here!) and will probably make a few changes but it is nearly ready to go - feeling good about that!

I walked in to Cirencester in the afternoon - lovely day for it. I saw a kingfisher down by the River Churn (sounds big but is actually a stream that runs through Cirencester in a pretty built up area!). I also saw a kestrel as I walked back to the house over the fields. A year ago I wouldn't have 'seen' them - it is amazing what you see when you really look.
