Christmas so soon!

We heard last night that London moves into Tier 3 on Wednesday. Instead of seeing Charlotte and Elliott on Sunday we needed to do it today! Luckily we have been preparing for this so we had all the presents already - just had to wrap them quickly! We had a lovely dinner (outside - it was a bit chilly) in Uxbridge - great to see them before both.

On the placement today we focused on engagement - some great talks by Danny English from We Be Kids and Stacy Wall of Bournemouth University. Good interactive session with breakout groups to discuss the points made. We also got given our assignment - to create a concept for a project that will encourage families with children aged 11 - 17 to spend more time in their local green space (in this case Hengistbury Head). I am in a group of three others - all of them about Chris age! We are all keen to make a good go of it.
