Backpack baby!

We took the backpack over to Hassocks today to try it out. We spent quite some time adjusting all the straps so that it would fit Freya and Robin! Then we all went over to Charlottes. After a bit more adjusting, Freya was in the backpack and we all set off to walk to get an early lunch and have a look around where Charlotte and Elliott live. Elliott was at work (again!) so we didnt see him. It was just a short walk (past what looked like a good play park) to a row of shops with a cafe. From there you could see the station at the end of the road. We walked back a different way past some other shops and a few nice looking pubs. The house is much closer to shops. station etc than I had thought - very convenient! The backpack is great, but I took Freya on the walk back - we made a few adjustments but not enough it was very uncomfortable. It taught us a lesson - spend enough time making sure the fit is right before setting off !
