Lido

Its Charlottes wedding in a month (where has the time gone!!) so I thought I would get a haircut now and then decide if I need it cutting again before the date. I like it - a little bit shorter and curlier than usual - I might get it cut again!

Charlotte bought us a Swim and Dine package at the Thames Lido Thames Lido – An urban retreat located in Reading as a birthday present in January 2020 - we finally got to use it today eighteen months later! Its a lovely place (and the rain held off for us) - I swam 50 lengths while Robin read a book! It was busy in the pool at 6pm when we got there - if I went again I would get there about 6:45 - by 7pm the pool was pretty empty.

Dinner was amazing - and Robin was so pleased with his Negroni that he had another one! Great place and I would highly recommend it - even if you don't swim go there for dinner!
